About Us

My Approach to Therapy

People have their own wisdom. A deep understanding guiding their lives and to manage the struggles of life. Therapy simply supports the person to find their wisdom and skills.

My work as a therapist is to support a person to know their own wisdom and insights and to enact this understanding into their own life.

With the skills of therapy, we return back to our hopes, develop our skills, abilities and use our internal resources. We come to appreciate our human life with all its wonders and hurts, and marvel at our life

My experience of 30 years as a Therapist

Somehow, 30 years later, I am still a therapist, and enjoying my work as much as ever. The people I have worked with are my greatest teacher. They have allowed me into their hearts, their pains, their joy and their wisdom.
